Good News!
We've agreed on a price!!!! So, it looks like we're going to get the house. Of course, we have to get through all of the inspection, appraisal stuff - but I think it will be fine. We're going to have quite a project on our hands to get it all fixed up - but, in time, I think its really going to be great. I'm so excited about making it our home. Home Depot - here we come!

yeah, if you think a stuffed pig's adorable!! I love the house - I wish I was there with you to help you fix it up. That'd be so much fun! i'm going to try to call you on Sunday.
